OVERVIEW
Situated on a 150-hectare site a mile south of Billingshurst, Sussex Kingswood will be built over several decades, reaching up to 2,850 new homes on completion in the 2040s.
The ‘Our Place’ approach is based upon phased place creation and not phased construction, which ensures liveability and community from the outset. It will be a viable, sustainable, mixed-use place with a diverse range of house types, businesses and retail uses capable of meeting residents’ changing needs throughout their lives.
